What base should I put my Simba on?+
Our mattresses are designed to work on any supportive and dedicated mattress platforms including adjustable bases - it’s best on a sprung or rigid slatted bed frame, or a divan/box-spring.
If you choose to use a slatted bed frame, please ensure the slats are no greater than 3 inches apart.
Do I turn my mattress over regularly?+
It's a faff, and no-one enjoys it, so you'll be relieved to hear that our Simba mattress is non-flip since our unique layering system is designed to offer incredibly one-way support. If you want to really do your best by your mattress, rotating it every so often can help - maybe once a month to begin with and then reducing it to every 3-6 months.
How does the 100 night trial work?+
The 100 night trial applies to all our Simba mattresses and simply put, means you can return it for whatever reason within 100 days from delivery. We want you to experience the perfect nights sleep so you don't need to keep the mattress wrapped in the plastic cover on anything like that, just use like you normally would.
What does the mattress 10 year guarantee cover?+
We're proud to offer a 10 year guarantee on each Simba mattress. If your mattress fails within that period due to a manufacturing defect we will exchange it for a brand new one.
We don't have any hidden charges, and our mattresses are built to last. The guarantee covers physical manufacturing flaws in the mattress layers but only includes defects relating to the mattress cover for the first year and does not cover conditions resulting in wear and tear and customer damage e.g damage whilst moving.
As part of the guarantee, we ask that you make sure to rotate (not flip!) the mattress regularly to keep it in optimum condition. Just turn it once a month for the first 3 months, then every 3-6 months for the rest of its life.
Where is Simba based?+

Wherever you are in the world, if you're sleeping on a Simba Hybrid® Mattress you're sleeping on springs made in Leeds from 100% British steel. We love that Simba is able to source locally and support one of the great trades remaining in the UK.
