How can I reset my account password?
Simba accounts do not use traditional passwords.
Instead, we use a secure one-time passcode (OTP) system. Each time you sign in, a unique code is sent to the email address linked to your account.
Do I need to reset my password?
No. Since Simba accounts do not use passwords, there is no password to reset.
To access your account:
- Select Sign In on the Simba website.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for the one-time passcode (OTP).
- Enter the code to access your account.
I haven't received my sign-in code
If you've not received your one-time passcode, please try the following:
- Check your Junk, Spam, Promotions or Clutter folders.
- Ensure you're checking the inbox for the email address registered on your Simba account.
- Wait a few minutes and request a new code if needed.
- Make sure your email inbox is not full.
My sign-in code isn't working
If your code isn't working:
- Request a new one-time passcode.
- Use the most recent code received, as older codes may expire.
- Ensure the code is entered exactly as shown in the email.
I've changed or no longer have access to my email address
If you can no longer access the email address linked to your Simba account, please contact our Customer Experience Team for assistance.
For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before updating any account details.
Why doesn't Simba use passwords?
Using a one-time passcode means you don't need to remember a password and helps keep your account secure. A new code is generated each time you sign in and is sent directly to your email address.
I'm still having trouble accessing my account
If you've checked the steps above and are still unable to sign in, please contact our Customer Experience Team and we'll be happy to help.
