Do I turn my mattress over regularly?+
Think of it as the 'no flipping way'. You don't have to turn it (phew), but rotating your mattress regularly is one of the very few conditions of your ten year warranty. Take it for a 180 degree spin on the base once a month for the first 3 months, then every 3-6 months for the rest of its life.
How does the 100 night trial work?+
The 100 night trial applies to all our Simba mattresses and simply put, means you can return it for whatever reason within 100 days from delivery. We want you to experience the perfect nights sleep so you don't need to keep the mattress wrapped in the plastic cover - just use like you normally would.
Once the return is sorted we'll send a courier over to remove the mattress from your home and recycle or donate it as appropriate.

We use UPS for all deliveries.
What does the mattress 10 year guarantee cover?+
We're proud to offer a 10 year guarantee on each Simba mattress. If your mattress fails within that period due to a manufacturing defect we will exchange it for a brand new one.
We don't have any hidden charges, and our mattresses are built to last. The guarantee covers physical manufacturing flaws in the mattress layers but only includes defects relating to the mattress cover for the first year and does not cover conditions resulting in wear and tear and customer damage e.g damage whilst moving.
As part of the guarantee, we ask that you make sure to rotate (not flip!) the mattress regularly to keep it in optimum condition. Just turn it once a month for the first 3 months, then every 3-6 months for the rest of its life.
