If you decide any of the Simba products are not right for you, the returns process is easy!
Simply get in touch with us with some feedback on why you're wanting to return your mattress, confirmation of your contact details and some dates you'd be free and we can work together to arrange a suitable date for collection.
Let us know if you need to return your Simba accessories and bedding and we'll send you a label that can be printed off and attached to the box for an easy drop off to your local shop. These items will also need to be repackaged prior to return and we'd love if you could send through a couple of photos of the item before repackaging to show it's in good condition and streamline the refund process.
A reminder our 100 night trial only applies to our mattresses, so please let us know within the first 14 days of delivery if you'd like to arrange a return of any other Simba item.
Once the item is on its way back to us, we’ll process your refund and cancel the financing agreement if you chose the 0% instalment option.
