These things happen! We don't offer a direct exchange, but you can return your item within the 200 night trial (for mattresses, bed bases & topper) or 30 day return period (all other items) and re-order. You'll still be able to use the rest of the days in your mattress trial.

If the order has not been shipped/delivered yet we can then cancel the order for you. We recommend getting the tape measure out before you place your new order!
