Yes, you can pick a delivery date but you need to wait until you've received the dispatch email from us first and your order is with your chosen delivery partner.
As the carriers plan their routes the day before delivery there's no option to request time slots. However, if you choose 2-person delivery you’ll be allocated a 2-hour time slot the day before delivery.
How does it work? See below depending on the different delivery options:
Standard free delivery with UPS - Delivery within 3 working days. If the date isn't suitable simply use the inflight options on UPS My Choice to change the date or set instructions.
2-person with or without removal - Delivery within 2-7 working days. Once we've dispatched your order you will be given a choice of delivery dates from the courier to select from.
Express 2-person with or without removal - Delivery guaranteed within 2 working days, so if you need your mattress asap this would the option to pick.
Express free delivery with DPD - Delivery within 1-3 working days. If the date isn't suitable simply use the inflight options available on the DPD tracking link to change the date or set instructions.
