Where should I place my phone?

The built-in microphone is used to analyse the sound of your movements as you sleep. Keep the app running in the foreground with the device unlocked. It’s important that you place your phone next to your side of the bed (on a bedside table or similar) with the screen facing down. Note that phones from iPhone 8  and X can be placed facing up.

We recommend using the Simba Sleep Coach with a charger connected throughout the night. If you do not charge your device during the night, it risks running out of battery before the morning.
