Why is there an option to add and edit my sleep data manually?
If you prefer not to track your sleep through the app or Apple Health, we still would like you to give us an idea how you slept during the night. We would check this with your in your daily Morning check-in. Here we would ask when approximately you fell asleep and woke up, how long it took you to fall asleep and if you struggled with your sleep during the night. This data will then be displayed in your Profile section and eventually you will see a Trend how your sleep pattern developed over time.
