How many habits can I track at any time?
Depending on your sleep profile we selected three habits we would like you to adapt to as a minimum. These ones are pre-selected for you by us to optimise your results and to help you reach your goals. In addition, you can add up to 7 other habits, so a maximum of 10 habits.
Habits are introduced after you completed modules in the Learning section of Simba Sleep Coach.
As there are more than 10 habits you can choose from, you need to make a decision which ones are key to you. Our recommendation is to track and try to adapt to each habit for a minimum of 2 weeks. Once you are comfortable that you do have this habit nailed, you can delete it and add a new one. You do not need to track 10 habits at any time. Three is the minimum and 10 the maximum.
