I've only received part of my order. Where's the rest?

Wherever possible, we'll deliver all items in an order at the same time. However, sometimes we use specific delivery partners for some items and not for others (it's usually to do with size). We'll always do our best to let you know via email if there are any changes.

If your order was sent via DPD, make sure you check all the tracking numbers as sometimes DPD will put items in different vans and they will be delivered at different times.
