It takes specialist machinery to precisely roll our mattresses into a box so once they’ve expanded we keep them that way. You can get creative though - we've seen the boxes made into everything from pirate ships to puppet shows. Before pickup, just remember to strip your bedding.

The 2 person collection crew will collect from the room where the mattress is. The mattress will be collected fully expanded so they will require a clear route out of your property. 

The crew do require that any bed bases are disassembled prior to collection.

For smaller items, including pillows, duvets and bedding, some packaging is needed, so for these we recommend you hang on to the original packaging until you're sure.
