It takes specialist machinery to precisely roll our mattresses into a box so once they’ve expanded we keep them that way. You can get creative though - we've seen the boxes made into everything from pirate ships to puppet shows. Before pickup, just remember to strip your bedding, as the two-person crew that comes to collect it probably doesn’t need any extras.

For smaller items, including pillows, duvets and bedding, some packaging is needed, so for these we recommend you hang on to the original packaging until you're sure.
