If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, please get in touch with our Sleep Experts via online chat or email us at hello@simbasleep.com as soon as possible with the reason for cancellation and we can stop the order from going out and process the refund for you. 

If you're only wanting to cancel because you've forgotten to redeem our current promo or the current promo is better than the one you recently got,  then don't worry, if your original order is eligible then we'll happily honour it - again just get in touch as soon as possible and we'll get it sorted for you.
