Standard delivery is available from as early as next day delivery to 3 months in advance. If you decide you need to change the date, please get in touch with our team if the order has not been shipped. If you have received shipping confirmation, you would need to speak with the courier directly.

 

 

Do you offer next day delivery?

If your order contains a Natural Hybrid® mattress or a bed base (other than the  Sherwood, Ashdown, Blenheim, Fernley, Dalby & Blenheim) we cannot deliver next day - you will be contacted directly by our courier directly to schedule a delivery time that's convenient for you. The timeframes for delivery will show at the check-out page when placing an order. 

Next day home delivery is free for all orders containing Hybrid® mattresses and accessories only for most of the UK. Order before 1pm & postcode exclusions apply.

Non UK Mainland & Highlands Delivery

Due to high operational costs, surcharges currently apply to non mainland UK and highlands addresses. If you live within these areas the following charges are applicable:

• Standard Delivery orders including a mattress and/or bed - £80

• Standard Delivery orders, for accessories only (e.g. Pillow, Duvets and bedding) via DPD - £7.50

Please bear with us while we look at ways to minimise or (better still!) remove these fees.

We ask you kindly to allow up to 14 days for delivery (due to distance & limited transport options), and up to 3 weeks for our made to order products.

If your delivery address includes one of the below postcodes, sadly your address is a little out of our reach and we aren't be able to deliver to you currently;
