I used the wrong delivery address. How can I change it?
If you've paid in full, just get in touch with our team as soon as you realise you need to change this. We'll need proof of your new address you'd like added to the order, or the billing address provided when placing the order.
Proof of address can be a bank statement or utility bill from within the last three months.
If you've placed an order using the Dividebuy finance option, please make contact with Dividebuy directly and they will advise if an address change is possible. Dividebuy can be contacted here
For orders placed through the finance option Novuna, address changes are not possible and the delivery must take place to the address on the application. Please contact us and we can advise as to what other options are available.
