How much is delivery & how long does it take?
We offer Free Next Day mattress delivery, between 7am and 7pm to most UK postcodes. Weekend and preferred time delivery options are also available, depending on when you order, as well as our VIP mattress delivery service. Whatever service you choose, everything in your order will be delivered at the same time.
We also offer a specialist Mattress Recycling Service on our site via our trusted third partner that you can add to your basket at checkout.
MATTRESS/BED DELIVERY
Standard Delivery (free)
Our Standard Next Day service is a one-person to door or two-person delivery to room of choice, depending on your order. Otherwise, you can select your preferred date at checkout.
Standard Delivery (Customisable beds)
Our Standard service is a two-person delivery to room of choice. Courier will contact you directly to arrange convenient delivery date. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. This service does not include installation of your bed.
Specified Time Delivery (from £10)
As above, but you can choose weekend delivery and/or a 4-hour time slot at checkout using our delivery calendar.
VIP Delivery (£50)
A bespoke service by a specialist team who install your mattress or bed for immediate use and remove all packaging.
For a small extra fee, they'll also take away your old mattress or bed for recycling at the same time (select Mattress/Bed Removal option at checkout)
With this service you'll be contacted directly by our courier directly to schedule a delivery time that's convenient for you. You'll receive a live tracking link via email to keep you informed of the driver's schedule on the day, plus a call from the driver within an hour of delivery.
Need to delay your mattress/bed delivery? If you'd like to complete your order but delay delivery, just choose your preferred day on the checkout calendar. If you need to delay it for more than 3 months, please contact us immediately after placing your order. If you've selected our VIP delivery service, you'll be able to agree a delivery date directly with our courier.
Whichever service you use, you'll receive an email when your order is despatched; if you'd like to change anything or add any special instructions please wait until you've received this email, so we can pass on the information to our delivery partner directly.
If your delivery address includes one of the below postcodes, sadly your address is a little out of our reach and we aren't be able to deliver to you currently; AB, DD, IV40+, KW16+, PA20+, PH41-44, as well as any offshore islands.
ACCESSORIES DELIVERY
Next Day delivery is FREE for all orders for most of the UK. Order before 2pm & postcode exclusions apply.
MATTRESS REMOVAL SERVICE - £50
We offer a mattress collection service on our site; we then hand it over to our specialist third partners for recycling. That's any brand or size, no Simba purchase necessary.
But if you do order a mattress from us, we can take away your old mattress at the same time as we deliver your new one (unless you've opted for Next Day delivery); just select 'Standard Delivery with Mattress Removal' at checkout.
Prior to your mattress collection we'll send you all the instructions you need, plus a protective bag for your old mattress. The courier will be happy to remove your old mattress from any room in your house, but please don't leave it outside; this may damage the mattress, making it unsafe to collect and unsuitable for recycling. Unfortunately, if mattress removal doesn't come up as an option at delivery, it means we're not currently operating in your area.
