Yes, drivers with our 2-person delivery partner Expert Logistics (AO), do carry work phones and will call when they are on their way to you (30-60 minutes roughly).

Another of our delivery partners, who deliver our Earth Range mattresses along with our customisable bed bases, offers a 2-person delivery service and they also carry work phones. Within 30 minutes of delivery the crew will call to advise that they are on their way. 

DPD drivers for orders without a mattress do not call ahead, but they have live tracking of their location. This is available through the link in the delivery confirmation email sent from DPD.
