All you need to create a Simba account is an email address and a password. If you’ve already made an order in the past, use the same email address so we can include previous order information in your account. If you haven’t ordered yet, make sure to use that email when you do in future.

To create an account, head to the top of any page on our website and click ‘Register’ under the account icon. You’ll be sent an email with a link to activate your account.

Once logged in, you can see your order history and manage returns.
