Any orders containing a mattress are too valuable to be left without a signature or with a neighbour and our delivery partners can only deliver to the delivery address on your order.

For orders with DPD Local for accessories only, use the tracking options included in their delivery confirmation messages to set instructions such as leaving it in a safe place or arrange to collect from a local shop.
